What a hidden Gem we have in Pittsburgh?  I get so lost at the Mattress Factory , its simply amazing!  Artists are brought from all over the world, and asked to create something unique based on the Mattress Factory.  It worth a visit, so please take some time and check it out!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO SHOOT A WEDDING HERE FOLKS!  PLEASE BOOK ME FOR THIS VENUE!!

So, it rained poured, but, Danielle is a pretty amazing person, and she certainly did not let the rain get her down.   She runs Tree Pittsburgh which is an environmental organization dedicated to enhancing the City’s vitality by restoring and protecting City trees.  When it came time for her wedding, she wanted to embrace nature and support local vendors; she was also very conscious about using recycled materials.  Danielle and Eric worked with Jimmy at Green Sinner to ensure all of their flowers were grown locally; in fact, they were able to find 99% of their flowers from farmers within a 100-mile-radius of Pittsburgh.  In addition, this green-minded couple purchased compostable cocktail cups and unbleached napkins made from 100% recycled paper.  It’s easy, affordable, and very chic to go GREEN!  THRILLED TO HAVE THIS WEDDING STYLE ME PRETTY TODAY!!!!!

There is something special about Pittsburgh, and its the people if you ask me?  New Years was a prime example of the kindness in this city.  Everyone was full hope and cheer, I didnt see one fight, one rude person, just children and lovers enjoying the celebration by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.  Thanks for having me and here a few of my favorites from First Night 2012.  Happy New Year!!!

  • jimbothejollygreengiant - Does anyone know who the indi fire performer was? The guy who balenced himself on a ball?

Dana & Adam have become dear friends, and it started on their engagement session in New York City.  We just had a ball playing in the city and the fun continued on their wedding day.  The William Penn is such a rich, vintage hotel that is the perfect backdrop for this Manhattan couple.  Dana choose the most beautiful Vera Wang dress!  It was a dream shooting that dress – making it sway and flow as she moved in it.  But my favorite part of the day was simply watching Adam glow as he was marrying the most beautiful woman in the world!  Much love and I miss you guys!!!!
